Mf19 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mf19 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Please read this document carefully before registering or making any transaction. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia accessing mf19.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the mf19 platform, you confirm that you:
- Being at least 18 years of age or having reached the age of majority under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not prohibited by any applicable law from using online betting or entertainment services.
- Voluntarily agreeing to all terms and conditions stated in this document, including any updates made from time to time.
Mf19 reserves the right to request identity or age verification at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete, mf19 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account without prior notice.
Account Registration and Security Responsibilities
Registration requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and any identification details requested during the account verification process.
Password security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. mf19 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team. Use a strong, unique password to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use
Users agree not to use the mf19 platform for any of the following purposes:
- Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or interfere with the system, game outcomes, or other users' accounts.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, register accounts, or access the platform in any unauthorised manner.
- Sharing your account with third parties or allowing others to use your account to place bets.
- Distributing unlawful, inciting, or defamatory content through any channel on this platform.
- Any attempt to launder money or finance illegal activities through transactions on the mf19 platform.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all outstanding balances, and legal action where mf19 deems it necessary.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions in MYR
Currency and payment methods
All transactions on the mf19 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may deposit via DuitNow, FPX, and supported local e-wallets. mf19 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is successfully verified. mf19 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal terms
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. mf19 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Account identity verification is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed. This ensures the security of your funds and satisfies relevant compliance requirements. Once verification is complete, subsequent withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated at the time of the request.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Mf19 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and its uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws.
All content on the mf19 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of mf19 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from mf19.
The mf19 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. mf19 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Account suspension and closure
Mf19 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, user's own request, or a management decision for operational reasons. In cases of account closure due to a violation, mf19 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation.
Changes to terms
Mf19 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the mf19 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum at mf19's discretion.
